Cellutionware Software LLC—pronounced “Solutionware”—is a privately owned software company based in Cerritos, California.

Founded in 1986, our first product was a tax-planning program developed for the Apple Macintosh. Although the Macintosh was an innovative computer, it had not yet gained widespread acceptance in the business community. In 1990, we shifted our focus and developed a depreciation program for PCs using Microsoft Excel.

The program proved successful, but we soon recognized that a spreadsheet could not provide the flexibility and performance we wanted. A few years later, we completely rewrote the program using the Microsoft Access database platform.

Since then, the software has been rewritten once again using the Microsoft .NET platform, with SQLite now used to store customers’ asset data. Throughout these technological advancements, we have preserved the familiar look, feel, and ease of use that our customers have come to value.
